Type on InDesign Is can be manipulated in many different ways including using the type tool to make text boxes, warping and distorting text, converting text into shapes, and even using paragraph styles. Another way type can be used on InDesign is that you can use the type on a path tool and you can also use smart text to manage text flow. I envision that I could make more dynamic layouts in InDesign like for example having a image in my text and then using text wrapping to make type go around the image. I also think that I could use columns within my layouts to make my text more consistent.
